Journal Prompt Ideas For March with the theme Healthy Living. We all dream to have a healthy life, don’t we? Eating a well-balanced meal is never enough for us to be healthy. Exercise, staying hydrated and sleeping well are also main factors in keeping ourselves feeling great

I believe that in order to achieve goals and inspire others, we have to be fit and healthy. Not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. We need to know what is our strong points and work on our weak points.

How well do we know about our health? Are we really taking good care of ourselves or are we abandoning our health just because we are ‘too busy’ caring for the world. Take this journal prompt challenge to find out.

  5. What are the things that usually make you feel so emotionally drained?
  6. List down your stress busters.
  7. When you are feeling under the weather, what do you usually do?

  1. How do you feel each time after you exercise?
  2. How do you relax after a busy day at work?
  3. What are your favourite types of exercise routines?
  4. If someone asks you to prepare a healthy breakfast, what would you prepare?
  5. What is your choice of outdoor activities?
  6. What are your favourite healthy snacks?
  7. If you were to go on a diet? What type of diet plan would you follow?
