  1. I believe everything is in your mind and bearing the amount of stress depends from person to person. My sister off late has been going through a lot of stress which cant be seen on her face and me even a smallest thing stresses me out. I think everyone has a diff capacity and way of dealing with it.

      I agree with you Sania. Some can smile and still laugh while handling a lot of stress. While other might have difficulties handling stress. But we must try to fight stress and try not to get depressed

  3. I need to use exercise to relieve stress more often. It’s too easy to just sit and then it seems like it doesn’t really improve very much.

      Just sitting might make our mind to think of unnecessary things and cause more stress. It’s better to keep busy and let the mind be preoccupied a little bit.

  4. When I am stressed I avoid talking else I’d be extremely rude with the person. Either I read or again work. Because for me work is love, work is life.

      I agree we might say something to someone else and hurt them even though we don’t mean it. So its best to spend some time alone.

  5. I used to allow stress to take control of my life. It took me a while to realize that we are in control of our life. Some things we can change but mostly we can’t so we just need to deal with different situations with an open mind.
